Order Processing:
- Orders are processed 1-5 business days after placed
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays:
- In rare cases, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly if there is a delay affecting your order.
- LBN Lashes is not responsible for shipping delays.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- We are not liable for any lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
